Business Analysis

From the outset of my career, I was drawn to business analysis because of its potential to transform services and processes in a way that benefits the end user. Over the years, I’ve worked on a variety of agile projects, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to uncover insights, map out requirements, and deliver solutions that meet both strategic goals and real-world needs.

What drives me is knowing that the work I do has a tangible impact—whether it’s simplifying a critical service, improving accessibility, or streamlining workflows for greater efficiency.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been helping teams and organisations see the value of putting users at the heart of every decision. I’ve had the opportunity to coach teams on agile practices and advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring that the solutions we deliver aren’t just technically sound but also intuitive and effective for the people who use them.

My analytical mindset allows me to dive into complex processes, but I’m always thinking about how we can translate those into simple, user-friendly experiences.

Experience Design

As my career evolved, I became increasingly interested in experience design, which has allowed me to apply my analytical background in new and creative ways. I’ve led workshops to gather requirements and refine product visions, conducted user research to inform design decisions, and developed user journeys and prototypes that align with both user needs and business objectives. What excites me most about experience design is its potential to improve how users interact with technology, creating solutions that not only meet functional requirements but also improve the experience for users with their simplicity and effectiveness.

I’m particularly motivated by the challenge of designing for diverse and often underserved user groups. I believe that everyone, regardless of their background or abilities, should have access to services and systems that are easy to navigate and responsive to their needs. This belief has driven me to focus on accessibility and usability in my design work, ensuring that the products and services I help develop are inclusive and empowering.

Designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces has become a central focus of my work. Whether it’s creating prototypes, developing design systems, or refining user interactions, I’m committed to ensuring that the solutions I help build not only meet functional requirements but also offer an engaging, seamless experience for the user.
